Character corruption with some Shift_JIS zip archives

Character corruption occurs after updating 7-Zip 21.7.1 (our Japanese-optimized version).
This issue probably occurs when the HostOS flag in Zip header is set to UNIX, but the character encoding is Shift_JIS.
