Removing mob properly while stopping #4349

I'm searching for a time about removing plugin's mobs since the onDisable function is called when the world is already stopped.
Moreover, when stopping, the HOOK_CHUNK_UNLOADING is not called.

So the question is, where does a plugin should remove its mobs when the server will stop ?
