Currently our Appveyor CI builds cache only the CMake's cache (which shaves about 10 minutes off each build). There's no use caching the entire build folder, because the git clone will have newer timestamps anyway, causing a full rebuild anyway. We should instead use the clcache project to cache the intermediate object files between the compilation runs. There are a few projects already using clcache in their appveyor.yml, so this should be doable.
