Run same scenario multiple times

I want to run same scenario multiple times in parallel but I cant use scenario outline because number of times I want to run the scenario changes

Provide a parameter similar to --tags for running same scenario
npx cucumber-js --tags @sample --multipleRun 5

I'm creating test data based on how many test data to be created as input from jenkins
but with current setup I was not able to do and also I need to run it in parallel to reduce time consumption
