gcc2 patch for Haiku

I did this

Building latest release 8.14.1 on Haiku 32bit with gcc2 runs into a build error (building with gcc13 is fine), I've added a patch for this that can be found here:

From a comment of one of our team members at haikuports:

If you want to upstream these parts, they should check for GNUC first

Could the current patch be upstreamed of is additional patching needed for this?

Do I understand correctly that Haiku requires GNU C 2.x, released
between 1992 (v2.0) and 2001 (v2.95.3)? (predating Haiku's initial release)

Correct, this has been left around for BeOS compatibility. So some (older) parts still rely on the old 2.95.3. (most already use the gcc13 generated one)

PS, this is only 32bit, 64bit is fully gcc13.
