I did this

Built curl in a container without nroff or gnroff, then ran make test

Test 1026 failed - this test looks for a string in the generated manuals.

I expected the following

For all tests to succeed.

curl/libcurl version

git master

operating system

ubuntu trusty

#1351 has an aborted attempt to fix this.

tests: provide 'manual' as a feature to optionally require
af646cf 
... and make test 1026 rely on that feature so that --disable-manual
builds don't cause test failures.
