No need to parse anything if the size is odd. Added some tests to this effect to test 1614.

I thought "odd" in the description was talking about whether the netmask could
be evenly divided by two or not. Both FALSE test cases added matched this
interpretation, so it took me a minute to figure out what it actually meant.
How about "out of range" instead of "odd"?
