move timing details into a foldable group when run in GitHub Actions.
Spec:
https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/workflow-commands-for-github-actions#grouping-log-lines
enable -r (run time stats) option in autotools' test-ci target,
syncing it with cmake.
