Analysis of PR #19157 at c8a742ed: Test 766 failed, which has NOT been flaky recently, so there could be a real issue in this PR. Note that this test has failed in 12 different CI jobs (the link just goes to one of them). Generated by Testclutch |
The counter used to stop accepting cookies after a certain amount has been received in a single response would previously also count some cookies that were not actually accepted as they were discarded after the counter was increased. Starting now, the counter is increased only for cookies that were accepted. Pointed out by ZeroPath
