Updates the HTTP/3 documentation to remove stale references to the retired OpenSSL-QUIC backend and to clarify that curl’s experimental status applies specifically to the quiche backend.
Changes:
- Remove the outdated “OpenSSL 3.2+ QUIC” entry from the QUIC libraries list.
- Reword the “Experimental” section to explicitly scope the experimental label to HTTP/3 using quiche.
