Pull request overview
Adds a high-level “Building from source” overview to docs/INSTALL.md to help readers choose between autotools and CMake, and standardizes “CMake” capitalization in a couple of platform sections.
Changes:
- Add a new “Building from source” section describing autotools vs CMake, dependencies, and where to find CI build examples.
- Capitalize “CMake” consistently in the MS-DOS and AmigaOS sections.
