Improve Clojure project creation options #1903
Description
To keep Cursive in line with what e.g. the Scala plugin does, in the project creation flow Leiningen could be moved under Clojure as the first option when creating new projects. Possible options would be Leiningen, Boot (in the future), Plain IDEA project, CLJS quickstart etc.
