static images should indicate if comic is interactive #7

sometimes the comics will look blank or something in the static image if the content is created with javascript. there should be some kind of indicator of this so people don't think the comic is just stupid.

changes to static image render
Only allow the "basic" version of a comic to be requested by a
configurable IP address or an authenticated user. Make most JavaScript
rendering visible in the static image. Put a warning at the top of the
static image if the comic has JavaScript in it. Resolves Issue #7.
