Some improvements include: bobbing, syncing feet to ground

An improved character asset will have the following:

  • Data file describing the Z-offset for animations (i.e. body bobbing when running), possibly per body part
  • Sprites for each body part
  • Z order for each body part, per angle
  • Anchor points for hands (weapon holding)
