Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, our code breaks with an unclear message when the authn_api_key variable is passed in without it being wrapped in Sensitive.

Describe the solution you would like

AC:

  • Use of String value for authn_api_key results in an error message that clearly indicates why the failure occurred.
