There is a need to display registry symbol in registry list in chaingear web app.

Seems that chaingear contracts shoud be changed

@Pechalka changed registryInfo return values and order of them:

  1. symbol returns as second parameter
  2. cause now admin may change the name of the registry, we view name/symbol from registry contract and don't store this information in struct.
