Info Window Opens Regardless of Options

A bug present in Geo Mashup 1.1.2 causes links from posts to open the info
window, even if the "Auto-Open Info Window" option in the the global map
settings is turned off.

That patch appears to have worked - at least, it did for me.  Control of the 
info
window auto-open using the global map settings has been restored.
