Adds S3 as a file storage option into Webiva.

To use this module - activate it and enter your S3 credentials and choose a bucket.

Then go to Options -> Website Configuration -> Files and enable the S3 option and choose which files to host where.

* Cloudfront support
* Spec's 
* RTMP handling for FLV and other video formats
