Current behavior

The base error frame can overflow it's container if the file path is long

Screen.Recording.2022-06-03.at.4.46.07.PM.mov

Desired behavior

The file-path should wrap. Easy fix shown in the video.

Test code to reproduce

Throw an error and edit the file path directly and observe that it overflows.

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#22271, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
