Cython fails to import utility code on cython.view cimport

    cdef view.array my_array = view.array(shape=(10, 2), itemsize=sizeof(int), format="i")
    return my_array

Seems to have been introduced at 1d7072f

If the features of cython.view.array are used, the code gets cimported as expected.
