Using Cython 0.29.14 on Windows 7 and python 3.7 (x64)

When using

logger.info('win32gui.GetSaveFileNameW')
logger.info(f'win32gui:{win32gui}')
logger.info(f'GetSaveFileNameW:{win32gui.GetSaveFileNameW}')
file_name, _, _ = win32gui.GetSaveFileNameW()

application crashes.

From logging I see that module and function are found but calling the function crashes the app.

      5000 test                 5444  (unknown function)                win32gui.GetSaveFileNameW
      5000 test                 5444  (unknown function)                win32gui:<module 'win32gui' from 'D:\\...\\Python\\Python37_64\\lib\\site-packages\\win32\\win32gui.pyd'>
      5014 test                 5444  (unknown function)                GetSaveFileNameW:<built-in function GetSaveFileNameW>

Just for the record, the python path from the log is the one used to compile the dll.
So it shouldn't be a problem with different python versions.
