[ENH] Add extensions for vscode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I'm using vscode I find it very annoying when I'm working on a pyx/pxd file that there is no good cython language support. (I didn't know any other place to put this request so I put it here)

An extension very similiar to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-python.python

Describe alternatives you've considered
There currently only are syntax highlighters on the vscode marketplace (which are basically just magicpython clones with support for cdef etc) so there aren't really any alternatives.
