r-cytoscape.js: Update August 27, 2018

The r-cytoscape.js package has been updated to a new code base making use of the latest cytoscape.js. The code is very bleeding edge. Testing and documentation are still being finalized. Users can grab the the lastest version of r-cytoscape.js 0.0.7 from the releases and install with devtools::install().
