Description of new feature

The current gesture to deselect on touch devices is to taphold the background. Change it to just tap.

Motivation for new feature

It's more consistent with the desktop deselect gesture, and some users may not find the taphold feature.

Also clean up `:selected` selector strings and just use a filter function.
