Suggestion: Set target GR level #121

When evaluating a set up it would be incredibly useful to be able to benchmark it against certain greater rift levels, particularly rift guardians. So rather than setting a specific health value a user would be able to select a GR level and it would adjust white / elite / boss health to match the typical value for that GR level.

Okay, the current plan is that bosses/elites never die in the simulator - the simulation lasts exactly as long as it takes to kill them (or up to 15 minutes). Then the user can either choose how often white mobs die, or use the default setting which will make them have a certain % of elite health (I'll have to double check with the game to get the actual values). I guess GR level could simply be include presets for elite/boss health.
