Re-factored the Documentation
Split into different pages for the sub topics to make
it easier to manage in the future.
Updated the views to clarify the names and make it
clearer what they do. Which included re-naming
Also performed a number of PEP8 fixes along the
Renamed PrivilegeEditView -> ConsentEditView.
The naming had bugged me, the view is for managing the your consents, not the privileges.
