This change proceeds to clean up a bit more of how d3adhash works to make it cleaner.

Most notably, colors have been moved from inline defs to a class of static variables. This may be a bit of a controversial change for a code snippet like this, but it generally makes code easier to maintain especially if this project grows into a full toolkit (say, nnykit/IronRabbit Security Toolkit).

Hashes were reorganized to make a tad more logical sense. A duplicate MD5 option was also removed because it's unnecessary.

The execution command will now also be displayed before execution begins. This will allow users to quickly and gracefully recover from a failed hashcat run without having to relaunch the d3adhash tool.

- Create new file, Statics, to hold everything that won't change.
- Move the nny intro text into Statics
- Fix how colors are displayed, and use a slightly cleaner fomat.
- Minor text fixes
- Remove unnecessary (duplicate) option.
