Spacemart does not have ATMs, and does not reset after killing the criminal.

Not resetting after killing the criminal is by design, according to the original PR.
I'll add an ATM, though.

Don't ATMs require an account database thingy? The one above HoPs. Or is it not z-level restricted?

Also spessmart's robots at the entrance can get ZASed out of their area into space, resulting into the area getting locked down when a shuttle docks to spessmart and ends up gibbing one of the robots.
