The flow in `init` caused the exclusions to be automatically loaded everytime the class is initialized.
...wow that reflection was more costly than anticipated, and right on the cold launch path.

Nothing major but up to 30% faster depending on the scenario. Faster from clicking the shortcut to seeing the full dashboard is always good |
