Added a new ROM type `OUKITEL` to the `RomType` enum and the `DeviceDetective`. Implemented specific automation specifications for Oukitel devices in both AppControl and AppCleaner, based on AOSP behavior. Fixes #1777
…n "App-Infos". In testing the new window check could sometimes pass on "App-Infos" from the previous screen.
