+some refactoring. Refactor AppCleaner ACS automation to support dynamic decision making. Consolidate code and labels. More refactoring (stepper vs explorer) and wiring up AOSPClearCacheSpec as POC Extend automation task execution, provide different spec types. CrawlerSpec are the old existing step based definitions that the crawler uses. DynamicSpec will be the new type of spec that allow for more custom behavior.
e.g. com.miui.system uses it as app settings title
