SD Maid's purpose is to help users clean up their phone and regain precious space.

With the 'Biggest' feature, users are able to view which folders and files are consuming the most data.

However, with the current implementation, users are not able to delete files or folders directly. Once you long press a folder or file, it'll jump to Explorer where the folder and files size are no longer shown, and they are not sorted from biggest to smallest.

In my opinion, it'll be better if users can delete folders or files directly from 'Biggest' feature. This way the users can quickly remove unused folders and files without having to jump back and forth between Biggest and explorer.

in my opinion, there are two possible approaches of doing this.

either

  1. allow file and folder deletion from the Biggest tab straight away
  2. or merge Biggest and Explorer together, but allow for sorting via biggest. as these two have some overlapping features.

as for now i am using Storage Analyser to do this. it shows a good idea of what my suggestion intent to do.
