Support toybox binary as fallback option #452

We could check for a toybox binary, evaluate it's compatibility with what SD Maid needs then use it as fallback option before injecting a binary.

Should we prefer a native toybox binary over a native busybox binary?

In light of #451 this will get a slight twist.
SD Maid will get support for multiple types of binaries and deploy with toybox's by default, but be able to fallback to using busybox's.

Implemented and merged into v4.3 branch.
Fallback in this case means using the systems native busybox/toybox binary.
