Pastebin-Scraper is a simple Perl script for scraping Pastebin.com pastes. It can scrape individual pastes, and public pastes belonging to a particular user. When supplied with the appropriate account details, Pastebin-Scraper can also log in as a particular user and scrape private pastes too.

#Usage Instructions usage: [-v] [-f] [-w DELAY] -i PASTEID or: [-v] [-f] [-w DELAY] -u USERNAME [-p PASSWORD] [-d DIRECTORY]

  -v        Verbose - display more information.
  -f        Force Pastebin-Scraper to overwrite existing pastes.
  -i        Scrape individual paste by ID.
  -u        Scrape all of a user's public pastes.
  -p        Log in as the specified user and scrape private pastes too.
  -d        Specify an alternative output directory (username is used by
            default).
  -w        Delay (in seconds) between each scraped paste (default is null)

#Dependencies Pastebin-Scraper requires the following non-standard Perl modules:

  • WWW::Mechanize
  • HTML::Tokeparser
