  1. Fixing Ruby's complaints about my use of parentheses.

It kept protesting that the parentheses in a "def" statement were being
used to denote parameters. I knew that. I'm not sure why this is
changed. But since they're optional anyway, they may as well go away.

  1. Sort out an annoying warning message.

Ruby's warning me about how parentheses are treated as denoting
function arguments. Which they're being used as here. But
apparently Ruby thinks I might have been confused.

  2. Changed "File.exists?" to "File.exist?"

    Apparently that's a thing now.

  1. gurgitate/mailmessage.RB: don't care about a message's encoding

Ruby 1.9 and up treat strings as having a specific encoding, but
when you're dealing with email, you won't necessarily receive a message
that's in an encoding you know (much less actually be in the encoding
it claims to have in the Content-Type: header). So it's best just
to treat it as an arbitrary binary blob and operate on it that way.

(A MDA shouldn't care about the body of a message anyway.)

  1. Making a bunch of warnings and an error go away.

Ruby 1.9.3 had a good point about "folderstyle = MBox" not actually
affecting anything on account of how I was setting a local variable
called that instead of the class member.

But really, that complaint about indentation being slightly off? That's
    excessively picky.

  1. Ignore gems.

  2. Made it put its test data in a temp dir

Instead of assuming that wherever the tests are run will be writeable.

  3. Make prefix if it doesn't exist

  4. Rakefile and install.rb have better gem-testers support.

Now builds the gem in a separate bucket, and if a separate bucket
is asked for, installs the tests and a Rakefile for running them.
