Hello again!

nteract-scrapbook is dead, long live scrapbook. As of 0.5.0, the new package is:

https://pypi.org/project/scrapbook/#history

0.5.0 is pretty much exactly nteract-scrapbook 0.4.2 (released the same day) and is still imported with scrapbook.

Over on conda-forge, we have a shim package, but pip check isn't happy with it 😾 .

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of suggestions other than to bump the pin to scrapbook >=0.5.0, and move on.
