    DUPLICATE statement.

  3. Expand photosets_getList with optional vars.

Flickr allows for a few extra things to pass in this function to limit what gets returned. I thought a previous version of this wrapper included them?

  1. remove manual over-ride of table engine

The SQL syntax here was not valid and choked newer mysql family database
servers. MariaDB for example does not take this syntax. You can use
`engine=MyISAM` instead, but I think it's really better to leave this to
the default set for the parent database as some servers are optimized
    for specific storage engines.

  2. port from mysql to mysqli extension

The vanilla mysql module in PHP has been deprecated for some time. The
warning messages about it's use are nearly militant now and I just ran
across a server that didn't even have the old module to fall back on.
This simple switch should make use of the mysqli module instead with is
    the closest drop-in replacement.
