When you use base64 and excanvas polyfills for IE8/IE9 I get this error:
It happens because the
isResizeSupportedfunction returns success, and it happens because of the polyfills, but later on you usewindow.Blob.prototypeandBlobis undefined.My fix just adds a better validation.
