JSONPath issue with filter expressions containing regular expressions  

Until v0.150.0, JSONPath filter expressions containing regular expressions returned only items that matched an entire string, rather than any part of a string. See [Filter expression with regular expressions](https://cburgmer.github.io/json-path-comparison/results/filter_expression_with_regular_expression.html).

Fixed in v0.151.0.
