Update to support different remote codec/types/Update to fix path routing when using url directly/Hosted materials locally

Update the codes to support different remotes through:
Utilize a timer mechanism to try to wait for longer inputs (1000 milliseconds => 1 second)
Update to also able to support both delimiter (\n, or \r\n format)
Update to a default template for nec type remote (but it is an older format, and with its own decoder)
Update to support configuration to specify serial port through prefix syntax or exact name
Update systemd service example to add restart
Update to fix path routing when using url directly
Hosted materials locally so will not have icons/stylesheet missing issue when offline visiting the site on browser
