A collection of things I found useful for doing Machine Learning problem sets.
The far right bin, and flonums close to it, will force exact-floor to return the n+1'th bin, i.e. a non existent bin. Including the endpoint doesn't change the effective size of the bins because a single number (the endpoint) is of measure zero.

Racket Machine Learning A collection of things I found useful for doing Machine Learning problem sets. I wouldn't rely on anything that doesn't have a corresponding file in the tests/ folder. It's all in development. The implementation of the Dirichlet distribution owes inspiration to Luc Devroye's book, "Non-Uniform Random Variate Generation", which is freely available online .  http://luc.devroye.org/rnbookindex.html
