remove multi-dpi

separate flashable add-on package will be offered for multi-dpi capability. the reason for this removal is that dirty hacks to several core google services were necessary for multi-dpi, and were causing too much instability. so, instead of being forced on everyone, those who choose to use the hacked versions of GoogleServicesFramework, Phonesky, and PrebuiltGmsCore will be able to flash the separate add-on package.
