[Request] Notifications #139
Part 2 of creating something that would work as a simple end user tool... I noticed there's some functionality to parse responses (incoming data) from an address. In my world it's pretty common if you tell something to "power on" then it will possibly send a response once on (or off) to let you know the state. Or you can send a command to ask the status. So what would be super cool is you could look for an anticipated response on a connection (or from an address if UDP) and based on receiving the response give a pop up notification ie. "System Power On" or whatever.
