Relief map produced from OpenStreetMap elevation data, using Gaussian Processes

This is an example of Gaussian Process regression using the GPy Python module. For info about GPy start here:

http://gpy.readthedocs.org/

To run this code you will need:

  • Python (I used 2.7)
  • numpy
  • scipy
  • GPy
  • IPython

How to run it

Open the file elevation_gp.ipynb using IPython Notebook, then run the codeblocks one by one.
