Summary

• Added an update banner to the main window to prompt user for restart, rather than a native system prompt

Added

• UpdateBanner component in the main clips window. Hidden by default; when an update finishes downloading it animates up from behind the StatusBar with the message Version {version} available!, a blue "Restart Now" button, and an "X" dismiss control on the far right.

Changed

• Removed native system prompt in favor of update banner in main window.
