Usage on third party extras (i.e MODx.loadRTE) requires double save for content to be available

We've received several reports of this in ContentBlocks, but I've also seen it in FAQ manager a while ago while testing for something else and am under the impression this is a CKEditor issue as it does not happen with Redactor or old TinyMCE (tinymce), however it does happen with CKEditor and new tinymce (tinymcerte). (UPDATE: the issue has been fixed in tinymcerte)

Basically, it looks like the first save does not have the updated content available in the underlying textarea. Trying to save it a second time does update the textarea with new content.
