Couldn't resist following up on this idea.

Text here: A Rainy Sunday Afternoon

Code here: narrated-card-game.

I wanted to add some realism to the generator, so there is an 80% chance of any given run producing output like this:

Alice took a deck of cards out of the drawer. Alice shuffled the cards.

"Bob, would you like to play a game of War?" asked Alice. "No thanks, Alice," said Bob.

Alice put the deck of cards back in the drawer.

For the final submission, the generator was run with seed 846, which is the first seed the finder-script found that produced 50,000 words or more.
