Add plugin: Find Planet By Name

Hi @jacobrosenthal, I have written a new plugin, hopefully in time for Round 4.

Sometimes I remember a planet name, and want to find it again because there is something interesting about that planet. But I can't, there are too many planets.

This plugin displays a list of planets matching a search term on the planet name.

Tested, It works correctly, I know a buddy at discord that will like this plugin.

Also it will be useful if someone want to chose a name for the next round to use this plugin for that 👀
