Port the rest of the unit tests from OCaml to F#

• Add test that you can't access local files
• Add test for DarkInternal::checkPermission
• Port DvalRepr date test
• Add sampleDval for errors within list/records
• Make DarkInternal metadata match OCaml values
• Port TraceInput tests
• make Passwords redact in the same way as before
• Delete unported files which have been ported
• Add more password tests
• Delete test code from more DB tables
• Port canvas tests
• Convert integration test json files to fluid format
