Seems that HeaderValue.parse() preserveBackslash argument does not work.

import "dart:io";

main() {
  String toParse = "value1\\value2; param1=val1\\val11; param2=val2";
  HeaderValue parsed = HeaderValue.parse(toParse, preserveBackslash: false);
  print(parsed); // value1\value2; param2=val2; param1=val1\val11

  parsed = HeaderValue.parse(toParse, preserveBackslash: true);
  print(parsed); // value1\value2; param2=val2; param1=val1\val11
}

The example abive shows no any difference between preserveBackslash: false and preserveBackslash: true. How it should work?
